NUMFC currently run three men's teams, and one women's team. The 1s and 2s play in the highly-competitive local Nottinghamshire East Midlands Public Authorities League (EMPAL) against other Nottinghamshire football clubs.The 3s play in the University run Intra-Mural Sports (IMS) league, competing against both University and Society football teams.

The whole club trains together midweek, usually on a Wednesday evening. We welcome all abilities, offering a relaxed 7v7 games for those who just want a kick around or structured training for the competing teams. Matches occur across the weekend, with the 3s playing on a Saturday and the 1s and 2s playing on Sunday.

Our home ground is Riverside Sports Complex, Nottingham, NG7 2SA.
