Being part of NUMFC does not stop following graduation. Every year, NUMFC holds its annual Alumni event in which it sees the current crop of students take on the Dr-Unit. The 3 NUMFC teams play against 3 Doctors/Graduates in highly competitive game. The NUMFC Super-Vets, ex-NUMFC players who have now retired from their profession, even put on a pair of boots during Alumni.

Following the matches, regardless of the result, all the players come together in the evening to a sit down 3-course dinner. During the night, match reports and awards are given out. The night concludes with NUMFC hitting the dance floor until the early hours of the morning.  NUMFC definitely knows how to win both off the pitch and on it.
