NUMFC Ladies are a forever growing aspect of NUMFC. Consisting of over 70 students and alumni, NUMFC ladies train together every Wednesday.

NUMFC Ladies also participate in the University run Intra-Mural Sport (IMS) women's football set up, playing small sided games against opposition every week. NUMFC Ladies also compete in Alumni with their matches always very competitive and entertaining.
